We will gladly refund any defective product and exchange any unwanted products, within 30 days of arrival. There is a 30-DAY WARRANTY on the products. Things to remember :

- ALL links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watches. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/exchanged.

- Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, order number and approximate purchase date.

- For refunds, the watch must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in.

- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive.
