Q1: Is your watch Authentic ? Why your watches are so cheap?
A: All products sold are replica and not being sold or represented as original. They are for novelty purpose only. We guarantee that it is 100% brand new. We are one of the biggest replica products manufacturer and wholesaler in China, we do wholesale and OEM watch too, we can supply every part of the watch( for wholesale), we supply to many retailers in USA and Europe. We depend on selling big quantity products to earn money, so our price is very low.

Q2: What payment methods you can accept? Do you accept Paypal?
A: We can accept the Visa Card, Western Union and Bank Wire Transfer at present. In fact, we want to use paypal very much. However, because our business is very continually, paypal inquiry our business and find that we sell the replicas, so they limited our account. We sigh up a new account, they limite again, so now we can't use paypal any more. This is one of the reason why our price is low.

Q3: How long does it take, before I can receive my order?
A: Provided everything is in stock, we can ship your order within 3 days, upon receiving payment, Shipping can take about 10 days. Should there’s something that’s out of stock, we will take a maximum period of 1 week time to outsource the missing one for you. If it still can’t be found after the given timeframe (1 week), a notification will be sent to you requesting for alternative solution. 

Q4: Why I have not recieved any notices since I ordered?
A: We will send a confirm E-MAIL to you within 48hours after you order, if you haven't received our confirmation in 48 hours, please change another mail box and send mail directly to famousbrandwatch@hotmail.com.

Q5: What should I do if I still don’t receive my order after the estimated delivery timeframe provided by you?
A: You will have to notify us via email at famousbrandwatch@hotmail.com and we’ll investigate for you, followed by working out a replacement solution, whenever necessary. Whatever it is, you’ve paid us and we’ll ensure you receive your order, by any means necessary. We will inform you of the result within 2 days.

Q6: What if the shipment is lost or gone missing?
A: A replacement solution will be offered to you. All watches are insured before shipped.

Q7: What if I receive a defective watch?
A: Such problem is rather uncommon, considering we will only supply fine quality watches. We must make test before shipment, to guarantee the watch is perfect. However, If it’s a manufacturing defect, a replacement solution will be offered to you.

Q8: What about custom tax or duty? How can we do if the watch is captured by the custom?
A: Usually there have no any tax. We ship the package by post office, so there have no tax to pay. If the custom captured the products, we will try to resend the products or refund your money.
